We had a great walk yesterday in the river valley. We do a 3 hour (or so) loop. We let the boys walk, then we package them up to snack while we do real walking. Then we stop at a play ground for them to get out and play, and I feed Cooper, then they walk a bit more after the park then into the strollers they go til we get back to the Kinsmen where we park. Its great exercise for all of us! We go with our friends Amanda and Everen. The boys love picking dandelions, rocks, sticks..makes you kind of waonder why we even bother buying toys! on this walk Brodie found a microphone shaped stick, that he dubbed the singing log, and sang a ton...in a falsetto :) It was quite amusing.
